چکیده

The European Commission has mandated the use of digital building logbooks (DBL) to encourage deep energy renovations and overcome barriers in renovations. current performance certificates (EPCs) focus on operational consumption, whereas DBL will cover entire life cycle buildings provide a more comprehensive evaluation buildings, through providing passport rating three domains: performance, sustainability, smartness. This paper defines logbook data structure within context EUB SuperHub, three-year project financed by Union under Horizon 2020 program. creation SuperHub involved an extensive review relevant literature, including existing structures developed previous EU projects (iBRoad, ALDREN, BIM4EEB, X-tendo), recommendations from “Study Development Framework for Buildings’ Digital Logbook”, requirements specified grant agreement, legislation, anticipated future legislation. proposed comprises eight primary categories is designed all essential input needed throughout building’s compute across efficiency, With stipulated soon-to-be-adopted introduction become necessity. Though undertaking formidable task require considerable effort, its benefits are numerous promising, potential enhance renovation rates.

Improving Energy Efficiency and Risk Management in EU Public Buildings

National and regional authorities worldwide have passed legislation in order to mitigate climate change. For example, the “20-20-20” targets of the European Commission include a 20% improvement in energy efficiency by 2020 relative to 1990 levels (EU, 2008; EU, 2009). One pathway for this objective to be achieved is via improved operational and retrofitting practices in existing buildings. Sinc...
